Myself, Olive and Sean went over the border on Wednesday to see the Tour of the Basque Country. I was at the start of the last climb on stage 4, just outside the town of Eibar. It was a scorching hot day at 32°c. I love the Basque Country, lush green mountains and great beaches and immaculate coastal villages and towns. The Basque people are always friendly and cycling is their favourite sport.
Stage 4, 2011, Tour of the Basque Country, the lead group start the last climb of the day.
