Le Conseil Général des Hautes-Pyrénées (local goverment) have just launched a new website titled
Les Hautes-Pyrénées et le Tour de France : 100 ans d’amour ! (The Hautes-Pyrenees and the Tour de France: 100 years of love!)
There is not a lot on there yet, but it will contain all the information on the planned celebrations this year for the centenary of the Tour de France in the Pyrenees.
